Refuge Fellowship Church Ministries, previously known as Refuge Deliverance Church, was founded under the direction of the Holy Spirit, by BIshop WJ and Senior Pastor CA Lewis is 1978 with one goal in mind: To provide a Sanctuary of Refuge, Worship, Prayer and Faith, to serve as a path of light and life to the lost, abused, unloved, overlooked, sick, battered, broken and spiritually dying world, towards Jesus Christ, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and to promote the necessary Indwelling of the Holy Spirit, who causes us to lead victorious lives as believers!
